The Wharton Restructuring Club (WRC) is an independent,
student-run, professional club at The Wharton School
of the University of Pennsylvania. WRC was established
to assist the Wharton community in learning about
financial and operational restructuring, seeking
careers within those fields, and establishing long-lasting
relationships with companies and alumni within the
industry.
