The 2nd annual Wharton Restructuring Conference
will take place on Friday, February 10, 2006 at
the Union League of Philadelphia. The conference
will highlight two outstanding keynote speakers,
Robert Steve Miller (Chairman &
CEO, Delphi) and Henry Miller (Chairman and Managing
Director, Miller Buckfire). The conference will
also feature panels on operational turnarounds,
distressed investing, and financial restructuring.

In February 2005, The Wharton School of
the University of Pennsylvania hosted the
inaugural Wharton Restructuring Conference.
More than 200 attendees heard Stephen Cooper,
Chairman of Kroll Zolfo Cooper and current
Enron CEO, Martin Bienenstock, Co-Head of
Business Finance and Restructuring, Weil,
Gotshal & Manges, and Harvey Miller,
Vice Chairman, Greenhill & Co, speak
of their experiences in restructuring.
Following upon the success of last years
