The 2nd annual Wharton Restructuring Conference will take place on Friday, February 10, 2006 at the Union League of Philadelphia. The conference will highlight two outstanding keynote speakers, Robert “Steve” Miller (Chairman & CEO, Delphi) and Henry Miller (Chairman and Managing Director, Miller Buckfire). The conference will also feature panels on operational turnarounds, distressed investing, and financial restructuring.

In February 2005, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania hosted the inaugural Wharton Restructuring Conference. More than 200 attendees heard Stephen Cooper, Chairman of Kroll Zolfo Cooper and current Enron CEO, Martin Bienenstock, Co-Head of Business Finance and Restructuring, Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and Harvey Miller, Vice Chairman, Greenhill & Co, speak of their experiences in restructuring.

Following upon the success of last year’s event, we are pleased to bring you the second annual Wharton Restructuring Conference.
